- Check-in: from approximately 3:00 p.m.

- Location: Right in the center of Kühtai!
- Parking: Free private parking is available at the property.

- Visitor’s Tax: €4 per person per night, for guests aged 15 and older
- Smoke-free accommodation!
- Pets: Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee of €20, excluding food.
- Children: Children are welcome. Cribs and changing tables are available. The rooms are equipped with pull-out couches.
- Winter and Skiing: Private ski and boot storage room available.
- Rates: Rates are per person per day and include breakfast. Children stay free in their parents’ room (with two full-paying guests) from ages 0–6; from ages 7–14, the discount is 50%. Children aged 15 and older or additional guests: 20% discount. Double room for single occupancy: 50% surcharge
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival
- 40% of the total price up to 30 days before arrival
- 70% of the total price up to 7 days before arrival
- 90% of the total price starting 6 days before arrival
